As an inspector, Jari Construction Inc will generate a report with photos documenting the conditions of the building elements. If any hazardous conditions are found, Jari Construction Inc is required by law to report this to the local building office. Owners will be required to fix the issues withing 15 to 120 days, a building permit will be required.
The inspector will look for signs of: water intrusion; dry rot; conditions on the structural framings; metal corrosion and rust; evaluate the conditions of waterproofing materials; condition of railings on decks and stairs; expectations of future performance and projected service life; give recommendations of any further inspection if necessary.
Jari Construction Inc has the knowledge and the expertise to repair any issues found on an inspection report; however, we can only perform the work on properties that we have not inspected.
As an inspector, Jari Construction Inc will have the duty to come back to the property and ensure the repairs have been done within 180 days; otherwise, we are required to notify local enforcement resulting on penalties to for the building owner.
